Q: **What inspired you to join the Validation Cloud team and how do you see your role contributing to the **[**mission**](https://www.validationcloud.io/mission)** of the company?**

A: I was inspired to join Validation Cloud because I was truly impressed by the company’s achievements with such a small team, especially in tackling the numerous engineering challenges that Validation Cloud encounters.

I see myself contributing to the company’s mission by bringing my skills and expertise to support the team’s diverse efforts.

Q: **What is your role at Validation Cloud, and could you share some details about your previous experience and background?**

A: As a Senior Software Engineer, my role at Validation Cloud is to bring extensive expertise in software development and technology solutions to the team. Previously, I served as the Tech Lead at the [Faraway](https://faraway.com/) Platform, where the primary focus was on bringing Web3 mechanics and open economy concepts to the gaming and creators industry.

Furthermore, during my time at [Lyft](https://www.lyft.com/) I was building a navigation app with a specific emphasis on real-time traffic and road closures. I developed a vector tile server that provided traffic and closures layers for the Lyft map.

Q: **What are your thoughts on the potential impact of Web3 technology, and how do you think Validation Cloud can help organizations tap into its potential?**

A: I see Web3 technology as a game-changer, revolutionizing the internet and digital assets. Validation Cloud’s role is to enable organizations to harness its potential without the hassle of dealing with infrastructure complexities.

Q: **What do you think sets Validation Cloud apart from other Web3 infrastructure companies?**

A: What sets Validation Cloud apart from other Web3 infrastructure companies is our global reach and commitment to providing the best possible service in every region. Q: **Which **[**team values**](https://www.validationcloud.io/mission)** resonate with you the most, and why?**

A: Two of the team values at Validation Cloud that resonate with me the most are “Commitment to excellence” and “Solutions orientation.” I take pride in striving for the highest quality in everything I do, whether it’s in software development or problem-solving and my “commitment to excellence” at Validation Cloud will be no exception. “Solutions orientation” resonates with me because I’m focused on addressing actual problems.

Q:** How do you plan on collaborating with other team members to deliver highly performant and customizable products in staking, node, and data-as-a-service?**

A: I plan to communicate closely with all team members to identify any pain points we may have and to gain a deep understanding of the reasons behind our current service implementations. Using this as a starting point, I will work with the team to come up with new ideas and solutions.

Q: **What do you like to do outside of work? Any hobbies or interests outside of Web3?**

A: I like to spend time with my family. I’m also a big fan of mountain biking and speed chess.
