We founded Validation Cloud with an audacious goal: to be THE infrastructure catalyst for Web3’s enterprise adoption. Our team had the exceedingly rare combination of experiences in traditional enterprise and crypto that gave us unique insight into the needs of institutions and enterprises entering Web3. Today, on the cusp of significant expansion, we are thrilled to announce $5.8M in investment from an incredible group of global capital partners.
This $5.8M oversubscribed round represents our first outside capital and will allow us to aggressively pursue large growth opportunities, and expand our platform both in terms of network coverage and product capabilities. Cadenza Ventures, which has tracked Validation Cloud since its inception, led the financing and was joined by notable firms including Blockchain Founders Fund, Bloccelerate, Blockwall, Side Door Ventures, Metamatic, GS Futures, and AP Capital. We appreciate their support and the shared radical vision of manifesting the “Cloudflare for Web3.”
From here, we intend to aggressively extend our fast, scalable, and intelligent platform to new networks and their users. As an early and stalwart infrastructure partner of established networks like Chainlink, Hedera, and Stellar; and emerging ones like Aptos, Eigenlayer, and Berachain, we will look to identify additional networks with institutional ambitions to support. Further, we will enhance features of our existing product suite, which includes Staking, Node API, and Data.
